To all our loyal telecommunications clients:

We hope this message finds you well. We're reaching out to inform you about an important update regarding the Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) that may impact your telecommunications service invoice. The FUSF fees on your invoice are related only to the cost of your telephone line services. They are not related to the charges for your any other service listed on your invoice.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved an increase in the Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) contribution factor to 34.6%. This adjustment reflects changes in the funding needs for programs that support universal access to telecommunications services, including those in rural and underserved areas, as well as schools, libraries, and healthcare facilities.

The FUSF is a critical component of ensuring that all Americans have access to essential communication services, regardless of their location or economic circumstances. This increase in the FUSF contribution factor is intended to support the continued expansion and improvement of these vital services across the country.

Please note that this change may result in minor adjustments to your telecommunications bills, as it affects the percentage of your bill allocated to the FUSF. We recommend reviewing your upcoming invoices to understand any potential changes in your costs.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this update or its impact on your services, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We're here to assist you and provide any clarification you may need.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter. We appreciate your continued partnership and trust in our services.
